 AED Fundraising Programme

We are currently raising funds for the purchase of at least one, but possibly two AED units for our Mobile Command Unit, and our SAR hall.  These units would be ready for use on a search or practice site in the event that one of our SAR members, or any visiting public go into cardiac arrest.  The same would hold for the unit stored at the SAR Hall.

New Mobile Command Vehicle for Arrowsmith SAR

 Equipment Truck:

Our equipment truck is a 1979 Ford F150 4x4, generously donated to us by B.C. Hydro.

We have added a custom aluminum box to increase storage capacity.

Mobile Command Centre:

Our new Mobile Command Centre has arrived!  Here are some photos of the completed box.  The interior is not done yet, but we are working on the design and layout, and hope to get everything built and installed over the next few months.

The box is approx. 21 ft long on the inside, by 8 ft wide, with a 7'-6" ceiling.  There is a 7500 watt diesel generator installed, along with a 3000 watt inverter.

The chassis is a 2008 GMC Topkick C6500, with a CAT diesel engine.
